The former Vice president of the Republic of Ghana, Dr. Alhaji Mahamudu Bawumia has paid a visit to the home of embattled MP, Nitim Fordjour.
Bawumia, who is currently the leader of the party as the immediate past presidential candidate, visited the MP to know much about his ongoing troubles with the current government.
In the late hours of Wednesday, NIB in collaboration with other security agencies stormed the home of the Assin South MP in an attempt to pick him up.
It all came after the Member of Parliament made some serious allegations about an aircraft he alleged smuggled cocaine into the country.
He also alleged that there have been an alleged money laundering involving an ambulance aircraft that spend days at the Kotoka International airport.
Just hours after news of his attempted arrest went viral, leaders of the NPP including the former Vice president visited his home to check up on him and fetch details of the ongoing happening.
