Captain Ibrahim Traoré of Burkina Faso has strongly condemned the historical crimes of Western powers in Africa.

He accused France of using Black African soldiers as test subjects during its nuclear tests in the Algerian Sahara in the 1960s.

He stated that these soldiers were deliberately exposed to radiation to observe the effects of atomic bombs on human bodies, a crime he labeled as inhumane and genocidal.

Traoré went further to denounce the actions of France, Germany, and the United States toward African leaders.

He highlighed decades of assassinations, coups, destabilization, and exploitation aimed at suppressing any form of African independence or resistance.

He declared that if African countries had done even one percent of what these Western nations have done to Africa, the world would have declared the end of civilization.

His statement is a powerful call for truth, justice, and the reexamination of colonial legacies that continue to shape global power dynamics today.
