There’s another rising tension in West Africa as reports of a potential military takeover emerged in Cote D’Ivoire yesterday.
Rumors of an ongoing Coup plot in Cote D’Ivoire went viral yesterday with reports that their president, Alassane Outtara is nowhere to be fined.

The Rumors were spread across major social media platforms and was trending number one on X.
Videos claimed to be from some parts of the country were shared with gunshots being fired in the capital city, Abidjan.
It was also reported that internet connection has been shutdown in the country, sending shockwaves across the continent.
The alleged Coup d’etat is yet to be confirmed and it still remains a developing story but one noted action has been from France.
According to a YouTube publication by “Make Afrika Great”, France sent troops to the West African country immidiately the story begun to develop.
France have been the biggest foreign beneficial of Ivory Coast and it is well known the great relationship existing between them throughout President Alassane Outtara’s reign.
