Megan Thee Stallion has finally secured her wish to have a restraining order against jailed Tory Lanez.
Megan Thee Stallion testified emotionally at the hearing to obtain a 5-year civil harassment restraining order against Tory Lanez. She appeared by video: “I want my restraining order because I haven’t been at peace since I [was] shot.”

Meg thee stallion testified under oath that she still is in fear Tory Lanez is gonna shoot her again and maybe this time end her life.
The judge agrees and grants a civil restraining order for her against Tory Lanez.
He said “several uncontroverted facts,” including “conduct that culminated in [Tory] shooting approximately 5 rounds at petitioner that resulted in injuries to her”

“We have a shooting that took place, & with a v!0lent act like that, there’s a ripple effect that continues on,” judge said.
Tory’s lawyer, Michael Hayden, argued the restraining order would be unfair “prior restraint” on free speech
He said Tory “has no desire to communicate with petitioner ever again”
Megan’s atty Mari Henderson, said Megan deserved protection after being victim of a v!0ent crime.
