At Russia’s 80th Victory Day celebration in Moscow, Burkina Faso’s Captain Ibrahim Traore stood tall—not for handouts, but for his people.
He walked away with promises of hospitals, scholarships for students, and military training support.
The Burkina Faso leader has so far established a great bond with Russian president, Putin who is determined to help him succeed in executing his good intentions for the people of Burkina Faso.
According to reports, Putin has promised to support Captain Ibrahim Traore with developmental projects in his country.
Some of this developments will include building if Schools, Hospitals re-enforcing their military and offering scholarship to some Burkina Faso citizens.
“I’ve never been against good relationships,” Traore said. “I just reject exploitation. We must take charge of our own development.”
This time, he said no to empty gestures and yes to real progress. No mosques. No manipulation. Just partnerships that actually make sense.
